Tore Forsgren says:

NO. You have to tell people what the add-in in outlook is doing and what the icloud control panel is doing. And at what point they ar synching and when they are not. You have to explain the direction of sync and the mess of pst files and mail accounts that may reside in Outlook. You have to tell people how to get rid of duplicate records and why sometimes people have to reinstall icloud control panel and why the software have little control of what works and what does not. Why do you need both an installation program, a control panel, and an add-in. An none of them is fully able to configure a synch. And even worse there is no simple description of what each component is doing. It os just shallow "It so wonderful to synch" "you do not need to understand" – bullshit. Just stop it.

this was useless

Aaron Abend says:

Sorry but this did not work at all. I installed as he says and there is no synchronization in either direction between my IOS iphone 5s and Outlook 2013. Sure it is supposed to work, but so is a lot of other stuff.

The Training Store says:

Hi Skylar I like your video but I am having issues with iCloud because I have 2 versions of Outlook on my computer is there another way to get my outlook to sync with my iPhone, it used to work but I had to delete my exchange email and now have no calendar on my iPhone.  Any help or links to your videos would be greatly appreciated.

Hatti Hamlin says:

Wow. Wouldn't it be nice if it were that simple! What a worthless video!

Jax says:

I did this so that the new events would show but the calendar events that were in Outlook all disappeared! Waht do I do now?

Nancy Clark says:

Didn't work???

Lee Daum says:

The icloud control panel that is supposed to sync from icloud to Outlook does not work.  It did for a while and then quit again.

MustB3Lucky says:

This only half way works as far as I can tell. Once set up, the sync tool only syncs calendars under icloud, and does not sync the default outlook calendar meeting or appointments.

Luc Bergeron says:

From what I've seen, iCloud is the ONLY way to do this now. Ugh!

Ilya Gurenko says:

What if i have a corporate Account, which is not my Default AppStore email.
How do i sync it as a secondary ?

Many thanks!

Frank Montes says:

Does it need to be plugged into the computer to work? Do I need to set Outlook to sync with iCloud? Please assist. Thx.
